Day Journey to Kabini Dam HD.Kote Karnataka
it's was an Overcast Climate Conditions with SunLight Coming and Going we were Planning a Journey to Kabini Dam which is around 82km From My Location seeing the Climate we are Doubtful about Chances of Rain... but we kept Positive Hopes and was Getting Ready the Time was around 10:30 a.m in Morning we got Ready and Started our another Journey to Kabini Dam which is approximately around 82km its around a 1hour Journey we Left around 10:45 am and taking JP Nagar Ring Road we were Speeding at around 85km/h on the Ring Road with Moderate Traffic Conditions it was sunny till we reach the Broder of HD. Kote so Minutes passed by at 11:15 a.m Before reaching Hampapura we Stopped for a wonderful View of Road which was Like Forest
This Highway Connects to Kabini Dam, Kabini Reservoir, Nagarhole Forest and Kerala it was sunny till 12:35 pm and after Crossing Hampapura it was Overcast Climate Conditions Cheif Minister of Karnataka Visit to Kabini Dam was their lots of Police Protections Before we reach Kabini dam around 20km full of Police Protection Force.... only onside of the Traffic was allowed that is Going Side and Returning side was on Hold Till Cheif Minister Complete his Visit... at around 12:45 pm Near the CheckPost we were Stopped and Cheif Minister car passed by on the Right Side with Police Protection Force ....so 15Minutes Delay due to Stopping at a Place Before Hampapura Reaching Near Kabini Dam the road are in Bad Conditions and it was making us to Move Slow still 5km to Reach the Destinations the time was around 1:00 pm we reached the gate... they didn't allow us inside bcoz the Climate was Drizzle with Thunder Sound on the Clouds which made us feel the rain is going to Cum but we were allowed on the Bridge the Backside of the dam where we Could Possibly Get the View of the Kabini dam....
The Climate Drizzle around Overcast Conditions the View from the Bridge was Like this it was Like Standing over the River the water was Filled and the gate is About to open u can see water Falling From Otherside of the dam... which shows that the dam is Overloaded and when the gate is Opened the Alert " Sound of Siron will be Given and alertness will be Given to Nearby Villages bcoz the Flow of water will be High and the Flow will be more...The place was being stood when dam Opens the place where water will flow over the Bridge...the River From dam Flows through east sides of River Kaveri and the Significant amount of water is Discharged to Mettur Reservoir Tamil Nadu the Impounds Kapila River which is also called " Kabini River... the Catchment area of the dam is 2,141.90km2 the Location of the dam is in Beachanahalli place in HD. Kote u can even Get the Beautiful View of Kabini River...the dam is 696 Meters in Length and was built-in the Year 1974...the dam spread over a 55 Hectares Covering Forest, River, Lakes & Valley...Kabini Forest Reservoir is one of the Most Popular WildLife Destinations in Karnataka bcoz of the attracting Looks of Lush Green Landscape Surrounding Large Lakes, Sightings herds of Tiger & Elephant near Reservoir it's around 80km from Mysore which is located in South-Eastern Part of Nagarhole Forest situated on the Banks of River Kabini and we had Spent Few Hours in the Other side land which connects to Beachanahalli side watching the Beauty of Kabini River there were Ducks swimming and the Drizzle due to Overcast Climate Conditions during rain u are not allowed inside the dam u can see the View of dam From Bridge which Connects to Beachanahalli we had some few Click near the Bridge...
Before the dam is Open the road will Be closed on either side and Syron sound will be put and Alertness will be given to NearBy village and then the dam will be Opened the River will Flow over the Bridge...the Force will be High During Rain... u need to be very Very Careful if u are walking or Moving or Crossing the Bridge no Holding Space it's open u need to be very careful...this the View From Another side of the Bridge which will Connect us to Beachana Halli even My sister was Trying to Capture the View of Black Duck Swimming in Middle of River but it was Going inside and Coming out... and Drizzle was more for few Minutes and Stopped " The Climate was Overcast and cold air Breezing which was Chilling and we really had a wonderful experience .....Few Minutes Passed by it Started to Drizzle we got in the car Immediately and enter Bechanahalli side and we got the View of Beautiful Kabini River which was an amazing View we got u can Check in the Video Link https://youtu.be/O0ETfzb3EDc u can Get the View in My channel it was Continous Drizzle we explored Village of Bechanahalli and for few Minutes we Stopped due to Continous Drizzle to Return Home we need to Cross the Bridge " the Situation was very Tough but after Few Minutes Drizzle Stopped we Started our Return Journey its was bit sunny while Returning the View of BeachanaHalli was Wonderful to watch during Sunlight an amazing View we got...we Crossed the Bridge before afternoon 3:00 pm just 10minutes Before around 2:50 pm we Crossed the Bridge and Left Home we Crossed Hampapura around 3:30 pm and the road was Clear and we Bit speeded at around 85km/h and Roads were Curvy and we somehow Crossed the Kabini Forest Route and Joined HD. Kote road and Hours passed by it was around 5:30 pm we reached home...
the Things I experienced During this Journey was there will be Puja Performed during the Dam is Filled and secondly, we visited at a time when we should have not bcoz of Climate conditions we were Not allowed to Explore inside the dam so we explored the water passing bridge which was risky the reason is dam is filled and overflowing u can see water falling from another side of dam...which made us confused and we were in the Hurry to Leave because if it rains its high risk to Cross the Bridge " and we got a wonderful View of Bechanahalli which was wonderful to watch... we got that experience and also I experienced how to Drive in 85km in Curves so overall it was an amazing and wonderful Short Journey we had... see u all in another Travel Experience until then Baye.....
